Let It Come 03:06
Numbers Man 04:57
set down the dark streets where the corners lie and the shadows from the trees stretch for miles Its a shame, such a shame, to go back from where you came that i want to see this one through thats where ill be taking offers by supply and demand that's where i'll be waiting for ours, for my man when we meet i see the pain that it takes to smile either tired from the day or waiting for the night owls; like knots on a rope but only tied for a minute though i won't lie, other than my heartbeat you wont even know i'm alive. Strange like a ghost there's the line up so make an offer my tickets in my hand there's the line so make an offer; say the number my man thats where ill be taking offers by supply and demand that's where i'll be waiting for hours for my man, my number man.
Divider 04:28
Villet 02:58
what goes on in your mind when you run a little farther behind death creeps up around us like an old mess or your last stale breath it wont keep you high, won't let you down like the rest little arrows with a broken wing I mean it all and I meant well but when it ends I can tell when it all heads south is it a bit of a lie coming out of your mouth little arrows with a broken wing
Slow Scene 04:17
Grave Days 03:31
Blood Song 05:02

Debut album released on Totally Gross National Product in March, 2011.

Cited for the raw-edge timbre of his production projects or as the drummer of New York City recording artists Dead Sparrows, J.M. Airis’s collection of solo recordings unearth a journeyman songwriter, every bit as much an artist as an engineer.

Originally from northern Wisconsin, Airis’s solo recordings have remained rooted in a “four-track forever” ethos, both in composition and sound. As a teen, he dedicated himself to experimenting with available recording gear, and as technique availed itself, he continued focusing on mastering analog tape machines when others had gone digital, giving his catalogue a distinct ancestral flavor. Airis’s recordings are largely anti-virtuoso, tastefully exploring song layers in a variety of sound rooms, giving an unusual honesty to his work and highlighting location as more player than muse.

The release of Indian Summer, recorded in his Brooklyn studio, marks Airis’s first official release. This premier album best proves the songwriter’s expressed intention of crafting songs that work as well stripped down to their guitar and drums as when heard in the their full form.
